Lucian Franzky

Lucian holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Groningen, where he graduated cum laude. He started his career in the Netherlands as a consultant at Milliman, where he spent six years working on a wide range of assignments in the insurance and financial risk sector. With a strong focus on Non-Life (P&C), he gained extensive experience in Solvency II reporting and process streamlining. He also contributed to projects on Internal Models (Life modules and IMAPs), Mortgage Valuation, and ALM, as well as various research initiatives. In 2025, he became a CFA charterholder with a specialization in private markets.

Lucian’s experience managing teams in high-pressure environments, combined with a structured and pragmatic approach, enables him to deliver reliable and effective solutions for his clients.
